Our screen printing services are the most popular for custom apparel, using a stenciled mesh screen to push ink through the exposed design area. By layering different ink colors—up to 8 per design—or utilizing 4-Color Process or Simulated Process printing, we bring artwork to life with depth, color, and precision.

We also offer professional embroidery for a classic, elevated look. Ideal for polos, uniforms, hats, and bags, our embroidery service uses a wide selection of thread colors and specialty techniques, including 3D Puff embroidery, to stitch clean, lasting designs directly onto fabric.

For faster turnaround times and smaller runs, Direct to Film (DTF) printing is an excellent option. DTF uses a digital inkjet printer to transfer vibrant designs onto a variety of materials including cotton, nylon, treated leather, and more. It provides a soft hand feel and high flexibility, making it perfect for custom t-shirts, jackets, and promotional items.

Our dye sublimation service offers a seamless, vibrant finish by transferring specialized ink into the fabric itself. This technique is perfect for performance wear, sports jerseys, fishing shirts, and custom accessories like ceramic mugs, stainless steel tumblers, and mousepads. Unlike other methods, dye sublimation infuses color into the fabric, resulting in a lightweight and durable product. (Note: This process is not suitable for cotton garments.)

Screen-printing
The most common way of creating custom apparel, we take a stenciled mesh screen and force ink through the exposed area of the screen. Layering different ink colors to create depth and dimension to the desired piece of artwork. Depending on the design, we can print up to 8 ink colors for one piece of artwork or use 4-Color Process or Simulated Process style of printing to create the desired result.
Embroidery
Decorating materials through stitching thread through fabric to create the design. We offer a wide variety of thread colors and techniques such as 3-D Puff embroidery. Our embroidery gives an elevated, sophisticated look to any piece of clothing or apparel from restaurant polos to beach bags and school bags.
Direct to Film Printing (DTF)
Direct-to-Film printing allows you to easily personalize your apparel with a design that’s uniquely your own. Using a digital inkjet printer, we print designs and images onto a transfer sheet that we easily apply to your garment. DTF printing can be applied on a wide range of materials including, cotton, nylon, treated leather, soft foam coasters and more. DTF provides a highly stretchable, soft hand feel to your design. This is recommended for customers looking to get a handful of products faster than screen printing/embroidery.
Dye Sublimation
Dye sublimation is a printing process using specialty ink and paper. The printer prints the image onto the paper as ink, which is then placed onto the garment causing it to sublimate, which means it turns to a gas and fuses with the fibers of the shirt. Dye Sublimation fuses with the fabric creating a lighter feel and more seamless finish to the desired artwork. This also allows us to work with a wider variety of materials such as Fishing Shirts, Performance Wear, Stainless Steel Tumblers, Sports Jerseys, Ceramic Mugs, Mousepads, and more. This process will not work on cotton items.
